The Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL might just be the worst kept tech secrets in the recent past. Almost a month before the expected launch of the devices, almost all details have been leaked online. This includes renders, blurry images, high-resolution images, pre-production devices, and even textual and video reviews when it comes to the Pixel 3 XL. The Pixel 3 recently leaked out giving us a hint at what changes to expect when it comes to the design of the device.
According to a recent report by Android Police, the Google Pixel 3 XL once again leaked out on the internet when someone left what appears to be “a pre-production unit” at the back of a Lyft ride. The report pointed out that a reader of the website sent three high-resolution images of the device showing the front and the back of the device along with a closeup of the notch on the Pixel 3 XL. Analyzing the images, it looks like the notch will house a dual camera set up along with a speaker grill and the larger camera module on the front may be used for facial recognition.

The device will also sport a relatively thick chin with a bottom front facing speaker. Looking at the back, as expected the device is likely to come with a single camera setup and a fingerprint scanner. The report pointed out that the Lyft driver found the device on the back of the car realized it after dropping off a few passengers.
The driver initially mistook the device for his own Pixel 2 XL but later realize that it was the Pixel 3 XL. The phone was returned to the original owner after the driver discovered the device.
