Nokia 5.1 Plus goes on sale via Flipkart today: Price in India, specifications, launch offers, and more

Last month, HMD Global announced its affordable smartphone, the Nokia 5.1 Plus (a.k.a. Nokia X5). The smartphone is going on sale today exclusively via Flipkart at 12:00PM. Priced at Rs 10,999, it will take on the likes of Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro, and Realme 2 to name a few. Buyers of Nokia 5.1 Plus will get Rs 1,800 instant cashback and 240GB 3G / 4G data from Airtel when they recharge with Rs 199, Rs 249 or Rs 448, over a period of 12 months.

Some of the highlights of the Nokia smartphone include front and back glass design, AI enabled dual rear cameras, and a full-screen display with a notch at the top. The notch is pretty wide, like the one on the iPhone, and it houses the front camera, earpiece and sensors. The smartphone also comes with USB Type-C port at the bottom, not something that you would find on other smartphones in this segment.
